    (Followed the UE from MSE, to Bankruptcy Forum, to here)

    Welcome to my UE Diary, Don't know if its easier to update the main thread page i have, than keep on posting something New each time? Help on that one if its easier for those 'experienced UE people to check over'. As i always put date update of anything New (saves on the trawling through)

    Thanks, Niddy for the continue support, as well as Blind and others whose all followed each other to make things like this happen for UE.

      Hi Niddy

      Recieved letter from BOS today with reference to the letter we sent to Blair, Oliver & Scott on 14th Aug.

      saying:

      * they wont enforce court action as they are unable to provide original
      * unable to trace the reconstitued version (which they did send one a while back)
      *they are satisfied with the copy of application with sigature and T&C
      *that the contract is still legal effect and not void
      *declining to remove any detrimental info held on credit file
      that i am disputing liability for account, but not given a reason for the dispute

      Take that i just ignore letter, till they send something else......

      Don't know if your using your current e-mail or if different now? Niddy (so i can send copy of letter)

              Wouldn't worry about Barclaycard......I've got 2 cards with them . One is :UE cos Niddy says so, and the other has sent nothing at all, and I CCA's them 5 months ago. So as far as I am concerned that one is also UE. :UE

                Thanks for the kind words of wisdom & comfort, Still wish Barclaycard would say that they can't find (then i got prove), rather than them sending Resolvecall, Calders Financial & Mercer letters, Oh and not forgetting the odd Arrears letters outstanding not received... ;;Coo i got nothing to wipe the work surface down with running out of Barclaycard letters ;Ex

                  me and you in the same boat with barclaycard, ive been getting statements and arrears letters and nowt else for the last 3 months
                  got a funny feeling ill probably get the mercers letters soon though 2 ,sold while in dispute letter going out then : :

                    Yup thats all can do, just sit, wait, go on holiday, go to pub, they can't do owt apart from what was previous requested in first place to them. ;--G

                      With all this barclaycard fun going on... I'm almost a little peeved that I've never had an account with them!
                      Nuff says... "Don't take yourself too seriously!"

                      10 loans/credit cards - 3 confirmed UE, 3 recon/copy received, 3 not received a CCA reply, 1 might be enforceable

                            It would be Pretty ;-) if we could Sub Catergory our Diaries (for those that have more than 3+ CCA (for argument sake)). As it may get confusing for Mods, Admins trying to keep up to date with each request or problem sovling?

                              Its from Top to Bottom of each sub section, Bottom being the Latest up to date communication:
                              Capital One:
                              Sent:
                              CCA Request to Capquest
                              CCA Final Response to Capital One

                              Received:
                              • Capquest They have been referred by Capital One to collect monies outstanding 4th May
                              • H L Legal Solicitors Court proceeding threat letter 13th May
                              • Capquest Acceptance of £2.00 24th May (From here and Above it was an agreement Before I took action of UE –Which No monies have been sent since my UE Action)
                              • Capital One Acknowledgement of CCA Request, might take us longer to find, will contact within 4 weeks 1st June
                              • Original agreement and latest T&C letters from Capital One 12th July
                              • Capital One Acknowledgement of CCA Request, might take us longer to find, will contact within 4 weeks 22nd July
                              • Letter from CDR ([size=5]Customer Care Department), Fairness Help Letter (Part of Capquest)
                              • Enforceable Letter from Capital One saying its Enforceable still 9th Aug

                              Outcome: Saying its Enforceable
                              Last Response: from Capital One: 9thAugust 2010
