    Regards to the letter mate, please re-email it me with a copy of the CCA as I cannot recall the CCA so wouldn't want to defend this letter if it is enforceable lol.

    I'll therefore await new email with CCA and the AIC letter

          Couple of Updates this week:

          * Threat O Gram Letter sent to AIC (ref: Above posting - thanks Niddy) Thanks

          * Letter recieved from Robinson Way - Saying that 'the Account had been removed from there files and returned to Original Creditor' (And they informed there client why its been removed and returned back to them) Ref: HBOS - BOS

              Update 7th Dec:

              Hi Niddy

              letter recieved from AIC saying that: 'they are Reviewing the File within there collection & Litigation Department to consider if further action is warrented'. and Bum Fluff of contact them Now, to discuss options of payment to avoid...

              Sent the letter copy via PM to you, for update of that letter matey (as still having problems with Hotmail)

              I think my letter has crossed paths with them, as sent on Saturday 4th Dec as the Royalmail doesn't show that its been signed for as yet....

              I notice that (AIC) they are S-l-o-w with sending there letters out, being 7 days when recieving from when they post date there letters to Moi'..

              Will wait and see what comes from that letter we sent to them..? Should be No More Reports coming this week

                Just wait for now mate and see what happens as letters have obviously crossed in the post - give them a couple of weeks!

                maybe hassle them at 5.58pm on x-mas eve, lol - see how they like it

                      Ref: BOS (HBOS)

                      Letter from Capquest 7th January - This is now onto its 3rd DCA with BOS account (HBOS)....(just waiting now for a letter from their HL Solicitors), No letter been sent to them.

                      Capquest been calling for over a week now @ interval times in the morning - 'take that they don't understand if someone doesn't respond to their missed calls or messages or voice mails that they may have been contacting the wrong person' - At least they are paying for the calls to the number (This Duly Logged)...8 calls so far!

                          Capquest tried calling 3 times today, Bizzare! when at this end no-one answers their attempts of calling Moi! Obviously they don't get the picture, If no-answer for 2 weeks, why bother spending money on calling someone!

                          * Duly Logged 9 attempts since the 12th January 2011 - Must be reference to there letter sent to me on 7th January, that: 'If NO response from Moi by the 16th January, that they will process Door Step or Legal Action through there HL Team of Solicitors'

                              Ok, well when the solicitors do write we'll worry about that then yea? Until then, its a threat - disregard it as such until you hear otherwise.....
