Been a little while however, I received the following letter the other day, and it concerned me slightly as I read somewhere MKRR are forceful and like to go to court, and with a baby on the way I don't think thats an option.

This mob have apparently been appointed by Cap Quest, even though CQ have acknowledged that they are to comply with CCA request (made to OC in February - who cashed the chq and said they would send docs the same month).

Is another 'sold whilst in dispute letter' required...

OK debt with Capital One credit card.
Default noted on credit file march 2012.
Debt sold to Capquest around feb/March 2013.
CCA request sent to Capquest beginning of April and documents eventually received today not...

Now can they do anything if I write to them, say I write to them it has my address on does that confirm me at my address and for them to send me more messages...

I have a few accounts in debt with from ages ago and I have no idea how to get account numbers from years and years ago... These CRAs only tell me last 4 digits.
