    Hello, its a while since I came on here , hope everyone are well .
    My son and his wife entered into an IVA with Payplan, they have a nine year old son , they are due to receive the £500 tax credits from government , they said the IVA want this money as it is classed as a windfall .

    Account was opened circa 2011 (head in sand sorry I can't be more precise)
    Account passed to Hoist in Oct 2018
    Last payment ..... (head in sand time again) ... around Jan 2018

    Ignored all correspondence from Hoist / Robinson Way...
