Hiya

Obviously those from post 04/2007 will be enforceable however no harm in trying to blag things and see what develops. It allows you time to save (instead of the old DMP/Minimum account payment whatever) to make a F&F with the DCA so it's not pointless.

However just bear in mind you cannot claim UE on the accounts opened after April 2007 as s.127 was repealed sadly

Yes, it's the older one I have my fingers crossed for but yes my idea will be to give blagging a go for a while and take it from there.

I've read so many diaries recently so have an 'idea' of how it goes although like you tell many others I know that each debt is unique and won't follow the same pattern
