I have just been informed that Tesco have sold my loan to Robinson Way. I still owe Tesco 12k and have been paying a nominal £5 a month payment via a DMP for about 6 years. Tesco have stated that there should be no change in what I pay but am a little worried this company may file for a charging order... -

Hi, I have received 3 further CCA replies from Creditors. I emailed Niddy two days ago with another reply.
I was wondering how long it usually takes to get an answer - don't want to put anybody under pressure.

Creditor using wrong address
On inspecting a CRA list some time ago, I noticed that a particular credit card had an incorrect address ie not an official home address and cannot receive mail. I have recently been contacted by a debt agency 2 years after advising Leisure Medical were informed that the doctor's surgery they stated, don't use the cards.
Has anybody else had any experiences with them and did it go to court. Keen to hear from anybody. Thank you -

Best way forward to use windfall money to clear DMP debts

We have been in a DMP since March last year. We started with £94k debt and that is currently down to about £84k. About £11k is potentially UE (I have a thread on another part of the forum about this).
So.....potential debt balance is £73k.
