            Can I join please.

            I am aiiming for 7lbs before the end of January. We go away for a week at the end of January, but will continue after then because I really need to drop 2 dress sizes. My son gets married in August and I have already bought my outfit which was a bargain, but also 2 dress sizes too small.!! Nothing like living dangerously is there. So that is my ultimate target.!

            7lbs by 26th January......Start date Monday 3rd January

              I think I am going to the supermarket tomorrow and buy some veggies to make soups to take for my work lunches.

              What is a good healthy option for breakfast? I normally have toast?

                afternoon fellow healthy eaters....i'd like to join please....we've still got a bit of crap to eat in the house so i'll let you know when i start, but it will be before the weigh in on Monday. next shop will be a healthy shop this week.

                Loo, breakfast - i used to have a banana sliced up with a yoghurt like Activia or WW, that kept me going. a yoghurt on its own wasn't enough. i'll be going back to that as i've slipped back into the toast routine. i need to cut bread right back....

                target? ideally i'd like to lose a stone but it will take me a fair bit of time, i lose quite slowly, so bear with me!

                ps the cross trainer has been dragged out, dusted down and is waiting :yeah :boobs1

                  Hola Confuzzed - glad you joining in.

                  Ugh I am not a great yoghart lover and it gives me terrible heart burn.... will have to have a think

                  I don't think the timings matter too much I think we each have to lose what we feel is right for us and just be there for lots of support.

                  So big MWAH to you all so far for joining in

                      Maybe I should try a cereal - but you have to be careful as a lot have hidden salt/sugar in them.

                      I did SW a while back... but I am open to any ideas....

                      (something to suck all the fat out sounds appealing hehehe)

                            I usually have 1oz of shreddies and skimmed milk, plus fruit.....either apple or orange....I like bananas but have to be careful with them 'cos if I have 1 or more a day it tends to slow down my weight loss. I have all the up to date SW books so if anyone wants to know anything then give me a shout. If you like cooked breakfast you could have grilled bacon, scrambled egg, mushrooms, tomatoes.......all for free on SW.. well on a red day anyway.
