Hi.
In my postbox this morning I found a letter from an HCEO addressed to a company that has nothing to do with me.
There is no copy of a Writ just a letter demanding payment. The paper has no letter head either.
Help please as not sure what to do.

Lloyds TSB Default Notice 2011
Does anyone have a Default Notice from Lloyds TSB from 2011 that they can PM me with their personal details redacted please? Its the general wording I want to check. I know the template was defective in 2010 and want to see what it was like in 2011 for someone for an imminenet hearing.

People here might wish to have a look at this news story. The newspaper concerned is a local one in the Midlands. This law firm grew out of several small well run local practices until overwhelming corporate GREED took over. I know some of the partners/ex partners as I went to grammar school with them...

Getting no-where with Halifax mortgage complaint
I have written to FSA, OFT and Trading Standards regarding a survey Halifax allegedly carried out on our new home. My complaint is two-fold.

This is basically a warning to anyone with a tomlin or court judgement in regards to this company.
They have just taken to phoning me up it extract more money out of me despite there being a tomlin order in place.
I made quiet clear that the tomlin order did not make arrangment...
