    Zeppelin's UE Diary

    Hi.

Some of the UE Diaries start with some background whilst others don't seem to but I reckoned I should provide some background, partly as it might help other forum readers and partly to give Niddy and the other advisers relevant background details on specific debts.

    I...

-mbna (£21500) received a letter which said it was unenforceable.
    -NatWest -£450...

  • Unenforceability will be here forever!

I'm reading more and more posts on social media, press, forums and in discussion with people who think that because of the 04/07 changes being so far in the past, that Unenforceability is coming to an abrupt end.

It isnt. That's a certainty. AAD has around a million hits a year, compare...

OK starting my UE quest: This is a debt now being pursued by Cabot Financial on behalf of Co-op Bank. I plan to upload both the personal loan agreement with Co-op Bank and the recent correspondence from Cabot. What may complicate things is that Cabot state that they are pursuing me for a current account...

    I see there's masses of information about ue including ue diaries etc but I'm looking for a step-by-step plan along the lines of;

    1. Request the agreement
    2. stop paying

    etc etc.

Is there such a thing please?

  • General idea about where to take things (DMP)

    Hi,

Sorry about what will probably be a long post.

We have a DMP (Step Change) that started just under 6 years ago and we have got down from £54,000 to £30,000

We have been very good payers on it and have kept everyone happy.

    As you might guess...

    Updating UE diaries

Sorry if this seems a really silly question but when your updating your UE diary do you just edit the original post? The reason I ask is if you do that it doesn't show as a new post, so no one would realise anything has changed?

    Thanks in advance
