Debts do get passed from one dca to another if they're not having any luck at getting payment from you.

Has this loan got 3 defaults?

Just looked again - is there just one credit card? Noticed that the details were the same for both posts.

Well done for getting off the seesaw and starting your diary. I like the way you have read Niddy's forum and drink red wine daily as your No 1 starting point - you'll fit in brilliantly here!

First of all, stop making any payments and send cca requests to the credit cards.

The loans are too late for being unenforceable but you may be able to get away with blagging them. If things start getting heavy, we'll be able to help you with what to do next.

I notice that I2D has already said to report your card lost which was what I was going to say next. Great minds think alike!

    started a topic SeaSaw Diary

    SeaSaw Diary

    I’m getting off this seasaw.

Hi a little about the situation.

I was on the internet looking for answers’ to OH problem dets and found this wonderful site and spent many days reading the forum what an eye opener it was. Wish I had found it months ago.

My OH had a heart attack 2007 think that year is correct but will check. Then stroke 07/11. Lost his job 01/12, now he’s fallen in dete with no way to pay. The Debts an unsecured loans and cc in his name only. OH not working, doesn’t know if he will again because of age and health issues and depression. We are on I ESA and dla/m and dla/c.

He was on a DMP around 07/11 had to stop there was no money; he came to an arrangement to pay £1 month with the loan’s and cc company. Since then 2 have gone to DCA and 1 still with the loan company.

So now my long but not lonely journey begins.

    Here is my stating point

    1. Ready Niddy’s forum and drink red wine daily.
    2. Leave a call log on desk and putter.
    3. Folders for all accounts paper docs.
    4. Folders created for accounts; also in each folder a folder each for scanned doc’s, letters and progress update.
    5. Memory stick to back up putter.
    6. Start my diary.
7.Waite for the Lovely people on this site to give advice and words of wisdom.
    8. Wait for ammo to load my gun then shoot, ANKERS away LOL.
    9.Now all the fun begins.
    10. Dont know yet.

Hope this all make sense. Any comments good or bad most welcome.

    Kind Regards

    SeaSaw
