    Hi All
    Recived Letter from Bryan carter,

    We have been instructed to act in connetionwith this debt which is now seriously overdue and it is now our intention to take steps to recover the balance outstanding amount from you.4You must make payment before ** july if you wish to avoid further action. Payments can be accepteed by blabla bla.

    The CCA which was sent was not Mr SeaSaw's. Any advice will be most welcome.

    Recived CCA from Fred one prop it's someone else CCA .
    What do I do next please.

    Niddy have you had time to look at the other CCA I emailed ?

    Hi sorry for delay of reply.

    I was looking at blagging this for now. I cant be sure if this is with a debt company or not, other OH memory not very good at the moment and I don’t want to push him on the subject.


    Apex have sent CCA this week will scan to Niddy later, it looks correct but not sure.


    Any help would be appreciated.

    well they need to send the cca - does their letter say 'please find attached the agreement, this completes our obligation under s.77 etc....'?
