    Hi All

    Letter from Apex reply for CCA they only sent a Transaction Summary from Santander, dated from 07/08 the loan was taken out 2007.

    Anything I need to do with above letters.

    4/12 Sent CCA request demand of signature letter.
    5/12 Letter HFC request for signature and idenity.

    Just tell the bank in writing that you do revoke, withdraw and cancel your consent to the payment being made, under Regulation 55(3) of the Payment Services (Amendment) Regulations 2009 (link) and that, under Regulation 55(4), that applies to any and all future payments to that payee.

    Received letter from HFC regarding Beneficial Finance, proof of Identification copy of driving licence or passport and signed request. Don’t think I’ll be sending that. They have sent my cheque back.
    This loan is 99% now its , am I correct in saying I should send CCA Request Demand of signature letter and cheque to Beneficial Finance not HFC.

    Received reg letter from apex, they have placed the account on hold, they have requested CCA from the clients.

    They have sent my last two letters and cheque back to me. This account is 99% enforceable, will just treat it UE until they get back to me.

    we wrote toyou recently after our investigations proved that you resident at the above address .

    you are now at risk of your account being passed to an external field agent who will arrange a visit toyour property .call our office without delay ( ya dont think so).

    I sent Apex CCA letter, checked post office its not been delivered yet
