    Hiyah Everybody,

    So pleased the OH found this site. Think it's best if I record all my information here, will make the OH do the hard work for me though.

    Well done to everyone involved with the site..

      EGG CC / FREDRICKSON / BARCLAYCARD CENTRE

      Balance: £3500.
      Default Date: 06/2008
      Account Opened: 07/2007
      Was Originally Egg Credit Card.
      Been in Agreement with Fredricksons for £1pm for the last two years. Now £5.
      According to Credit file now owned by Barclaycard Centre. Still paying Fredricksons.
      Board think's it's best to leave this one so holding off.

        Been with BLS Collections for roughly 6 months. Paying £5 per month.
        Not sure how to proceed confused with CCA in relation to this.

            Are these the only accounts or are there many more?
            I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

                      Hi Everyone,

                      Letter below received from Apex in relation to BOS.

                      Thank you for your letter, in which you have requested all documentation under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (the Act) with regards to your above noted account.

                      We cab confirm that your request is being processed and your account will be placed on hold pending its fulfilment.

                      We will write to you again with an update of our progress or on completion of the required documentation being supplied in line with the Act.

                      Quite a basic letter I think. So, if they don't reply within the 14 days of my original letter I guess I will need to fire off another letter?

                            Been away for a while OH (Snudgerchops on this site) has been unwell so things have slipped a little bit. He will be on later to update his diary.

                            Received this letter today in relation to:

                            HBOS CREDIT CARD APEX CREDIT MANAGEMENT


                            Balance: £10,000
                            Default Date: 05/2008
                            Account Opened: 09/2000

                            CCA sent by recorded delivery 03/03/2012

                            Dear Weebell,

                            We write further to your recent letter, in which you requested all documentation under the Consumer Credit Act (the act) with regards to your above noted account.

                            In relation to the afore mentioned account, we can confirm that unfortunately at present we are unable to obtain suitable copies of the required documentation from the original creditor in order to comply with your request. In light of this, we will be removing your account from our normal collection activity.

                            Although at this time your agreement is unenforcible, we must advise you that the debt still remains, the balance is due ans suitable collection activity may continue despite the unenforceability. We therefore recommend that payments are made in order to reduce your outstanding liability. You should also be advised that at any time we may produce a reconstituted copy of your Agreement, which would restore the enforceability of the Agreement.


                            Please also find enclosed a cheque for £1 refunding the fee paid for this service.

                            Is this a victory????
