Re: in 2 deep s diary at last

    Hiya

Ok, i'll redo your diary below cos it doesn't make much sense. For the benefit of others, what the problem is is that you originally went with a Claims Management Company (CMC) - you refer to this in your post as a claim man com. Right, lets forget the past and move on - we need closure here, so find details below of each account and what to do/what I need - then we'll get this sorted ok?

    ================================================== ===============
    1. RBS - Unenforceable - Forget this.[/\*]
    2. Cap1 - Unenforceable - Not confirmed by me but as so quiet, best to ignore for the time being.[/\*]
    3. Goldfish - Unenforceable - Not confirmed by me but as so quiet, best to ignore for the time being.[/\*]
    4. MBNA - Unenforceable - Not confirmed by me but as so quiet, best to ignore for the time being.[/\*]
    5. HSBC - Keep us updated and let me know if/when they write to you. For the moment ignore them.[/\*]
    6. Monument - Leave it for now, next time they write get in touch and tell me what they say.[/\*]
    7. Mint - Not guaranteed, just wait and see if they write again then update me.[/\*]
    8. Barclays 1 - Not guaranteed, just wait and see if they write again then update me.[/\*]
    9. Barclays 2 - Not guaranteed, just wait and see if they write again then update me.[/\*]
    10. HSBC Loan - What exactly has happened? I confirmed this as enforceable didn't I? Have they taken you to court or started proceedings? Sorry, you must remind me....[/\*]

Ok, so that's yours debts is it? Any others? You really need to re-do your original post in a more formal and legible manner.....

    Ok, regards to the wife:
    1. Citi - See what happens, keep me posted on progress.[/\*]
    2. Barclays - This is unenforceable and finished - forget it.[/\*]
    3. Cap1 - See what happens, keep me posted on progress.[/\*]
    4. MBNA - See what happens, keep me posted on progress.[/\*]
    5. HSBC - Enforceable, keep blagging and see what happens.[/\*]

Nope, nothing - maybe it is too big? try reducing image size and check your outbox, or sent items to see they did go.... nothing in my spam filter or inbox from you so you're going wrong somewhere

send a blank message with only your username in the subject and body - then i'll reply and see if that helps...

            cheers

What do you mean they added the overdraft to the loan? Are you saying they have maxed out your overdraft by paying the funds from it into the loan? Like offsetting? Please clarify this for me....

Sorry, confused - so the total is £8800 which comprises £6300 loan and £2500 o/d? have they merged the debts or what? You're way too vague for my liking, please read the link below then list each debt as the example shows - you need to spend a few hours updating your diary and adding timelines or I cannot help. You have what, 20+ accounts and i'm confused already so you need to spend time making it easy for me or I will miss it from my weekly diary update, i've been here 20 minutes already and still no better off knoweldge wise....

Such as? You mean you want to stop paying? I cannot answer til you send me the CCA.....

Your problem seems to be the fact you're hoping a lot of them will go away by ignoring them for so long, that's great but then if you're doing that then omit them from your diary as they are not relevant - those you are actively working with, then list each account, what you've done to date and lets sort things.... you need to apply for CCA's and then email to me to check, then i'll suggest your next move from that point.

Unenforceable ones you stop paying, enforceable ones you blag until they issue court papers then you back down and agree to repayment plan.....

make sense? I need you to spend time sorting this mess out though, I don't have time to work through it all. Sorry.......
