    Hi All,

    So here we go, the start of my diary and the process to try and resolve everything and move forwards after many years of this nightmare predicament!

    Many thanks in advance for all your help along the way, I really do appreciate it, come what may.

    22/06/2012 - Agreement, T&C's and statement received - agreement sent to Niddy for expert opinion
    26/06/2012 - Niddy says

        05/07/2012 - Agreement sent to Niddy to review
        05/07/2012 - Niddy says
        05/07/2012 - Missing PT's template sent to Capquest

                          Thanks Flower and I2D,

                          Folder is at the ready, letters will be printed today and posted RD as suggested (cunning about the electronic signatures, didnt think they would stoop that low)!

                          For the postal orders, can I just buy 9x £1 blank ones from the Post Office and write the DCA/Lender name on and post or do the Post Office have to electronically add their names? Silly question but rather write them at home otherwise I will be in the post office for hours!

                          Strangely, I am quite excited about this journey (great to have the back up of you crazy lot!) - cant wait for the agreements to come back and the anticipation of Niddy's verdict!!

                            Also, I presume I should keep paying my DMP in the meantime (it is fine if so) and should I inform my DMP provider that I am CCA'ing everyone? (a well known free provider).

                              Welcome you will be looked after here, quite a fews years on a dmp nearly as long as mine would have been
