The original creditor was mbna.
The debt has never been on my credit file.
Last year, I started receiving correspondence from Drydensfairfax Solicitors, who were acting...

So she gave me permission...

Water Meters
Just got a letter through from South East Water telling me they're going to fit a water meter. Problem is I think they've already done so. All the water cock covers outside have been replaced and the missing paving slabs tarmacced over. I'm assuming under there there will lurk a meter.

Hi guys,
My fiance and I are moving out and I've just checked my credit report and it's score is now 0, it was like 156 before, but I have positives on my credit report, not just negatives. Yes more negatives than positives but still, surely it should be more than 0?!

Second default by Lloyds
LLoyds registered a default on my account ages ago. In 2008 they changed some terms of the agreement, but didn't issue a new agreement. In 2010 they defaulted again and registered another default with the CRAs. In 2011, thanks to AAD they discontinued on their court claim .
Am I correct that...
