Fairfax solicitors

I went into an Iva with payplan in 2004, it did fail about two years later. Since then, I ignored requests from fairfax solicitors as I moved home and didn't receive anything.
About six months ago, the wrote to me and ask me for payment. I did make a few because I was scared until I realised i didn't even know what some of the debts were.

I have since sent them request for CCA using your templates
A month later I have sent them reminders

There are seven accounts on their correspondance

Two barclaycard (one unknown to me) (£4145 & £
one barclayloan (amount far too high) (£10047)
one debenhams/GE store card (£1298)
one cahoot credit card (£2133)
one MBNA credit card (£2793)
one barclays bank account (£456)

I have received copies of the Ge credit agreement and one barclaycard.

The unknown barclaycard CCA reminder was sent a month ago and they still haven't repied. They also haven't supplied me with their grievance procedure.
I need to get the agreements looked at somewhere in North Yorkshire if possbile.

At the moment, that's were I am. Any help is welcome

I think I've now put all of them here.
Of course, don't have the templates for the next step as I was using the ones on MSE
I wil email you the GE & Barclaycard I have received tomorrow as soon as I've scanned them
As for the others, everything is on hold

Niddy is having a day off to-day but will probably look over everything tomorrow. If you've sent a CCA request and they haven't replied, just chill, until they produce a compliant agreement, its unenforceable.

Hmmm, this seems enforceable but it is still an application with no separate terms attached - that said, it is enforceable as the prescribed terms are on the same page as your signed......

However, blag it and respond with this: ---> CCA Query - Missing Prescribed Terms

Continue to stop payments, if they make threats we'll sort it as and when yea? Oh, are you aware you signed for PPi on this account? If anything, we can look to reclaim that.

This is unenforceable as it is simply an application form - in response to the agreement you need to respond with this: ---> viewtopic.php?p=1503#p1503

Sorry? How can you be paying for a debt that is not yours? Did you have another card with an affinity partner, such as Marbles or the like? Barclays do own a lot of cards, so something like a Thomas Cook card would be Barclays....

In any case, you need a CCA to determine anything with this - keep us updated.
