Sounds a bit Mickey Mouse to me. But a team of all female collectors. Should be good if they all get Hormonal at the same time. .

I can see complaints going into the ombudsman already.

Why, Because I'm having a bad day right!

I shall watch this company with interest.

          Regards, Handy

With their usual perception and attention to detail Credit Today have illustrated the story of this new, all female company with a photo of two MEN shaking hands.

I don't think there are many female hormones to worry about there, Handy. Any normal woman wouldn't do a job like that. They might get a bit testosteroney though....

Re: New DCA launched in Cumbria

I've tried posting a comment as well:

It will be very interesting to see how this new DCA operates. As a consumer one would hope to see the taking of service standards to a new level applying to both creditors and debtors.

I have no quibble with debt collectors, but I do have an issue with ones that do not abide by the OFT Debt Collection Guidelines. It would be genuinely good news for all to see this company operating entirely within the law and relevant guidelines. If they do this they will gain respect from consumers and are thus more likely to be successful in their collection activities.

I think this is very restrained and can see no reason why it should not be published. If they are genuinely bringing new standards to the industry, they'll publish it!

Anyway, the fact we have 3 blondes working in the same office, surely one of them must "collectively" make a good decision? So come on then, which is the clever one that knows you're out of your depth?

Who's the expert that thinks you'll last 3 years in this cut-throat environment where you meet nice people like me daily?

And finally, who's the rich one with the chequebook funding this farce?

That's my thoughts. Sorry should I have been serious? Ok then, close down and save us all a lot of laughs - there's a bunch of good girlies

Well said Niddy and Pompey. What makes them think they can do better than the others. What makes us think they won't try the same underhanded tactics of the others.

I suppose only time will tell, lets see what happens when the first person to receive a letter from them posts on here asking for help?

BTW, I like blondes they get dirtier quicker.
