So after a couple of years on a DMP I've decided to have a look at challenging these debts as being UE - I don't feel like I've made a dent in the debts and I'm hacked off at the way I'm being treated as I'm actually trying to pay them off.

Council PCN
Got a penalty for parking in a loading bay. It was after 6, when (as far as I was aware) anything went. Although I didn't check for any signs. The bay did say loading.
Basically the ticket says go to court and get a CCJ if you don't pay blah blah blah.
