I sent CCA requests out to 6 creditors at the end of Nov and have so far only had 2 returned. I'm wondering if I even need to email them in for checking. I have a wrong original address, a no original address, no start date, no original credit limits, no signatures, no signature boxes.... The list goes on.... But then I don't really know what I should be seeing so what say the experts?

Re: 1brokegirl's UE diary
Hi 1brokegirl.
Have a look at Unenforceability Diaries - Read me First! - allaboutFORUMS which shows you how to set out each debt in your diary and also tells you how to send agreements to Niddy.
There's no need to be in any rush chasing the others...they're UE until they provide a compliant agreement.Let your smile change the world but don't let the world change your smile

This is also based on there being some random terms accompanying a recon agreement from 2008. Obviously your account is much older and so will the terms be.I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. Re: 1brokegirl's UE diary
Cap1 told you to deal with Lowells? In that case send it to them. The when you hear from Lowells you could send Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | Account Sold whilst in DisputeLet your smile change the world but don't let the world change your smile

Re: 1brokegirl's UE diary
I still haven't responded to Cap1 because while they said to deal with Lowells, they have given a Cap1 address to contact should I have any queries regarding the enclosed documents. Does "missing prescribed terms" count as a query? I also still have had nothing from Lowells.
