There are no terms 1-11 which equate to the actual necessary Prescribed Terms, also as you selected PPI there should be a secondary set of PT's in relation to the PPI apr's etc (under s.18 CCA1974)

Again, it literally contains a generic set of terms - the problem is the late fee is £12 and back then it'd have been £25. However this can be remedied, but there is no actual agreement so that poses a second problem.
