    Adler's UE Diary

    Hi Niddy,
    Thanks and congratulations on setting up this user friendly forum. Thanks to Blind as well for his support elsewhere.
    Just to recap:
    CCA'd:
    1.HSBC(May 10,£11000)- Nid agrees laughable agreement, definitely UE. Has replied, which I have emailed Niddy separately.
    2.MINT(June10,£10000). Probably enforceable, blagged anyway. Replied couple of days back again emailed you Nid, please for comments as to next steps.
    3.HBOS-(2 cards, June 10, £13000 total)-not replied with any answers , so kept quiet.Probably UE according to NID
    4.MBNA( Last week, £12000): not heard yet
    5. EGG(2 cards, June 10, £9000): Though NIddy doesn't get involved, we discussed and concurred that blagging is the best way forward. ("Preapproved")
    6.AA(HBOS)July 10: Probably enforceable, again advise was to blag, about to send letter.

    I'll check emails shortly..... in the meantime, if you've not already sent letters check the new ones on here as they have all been re-done and they are better and more powerful this time round, plus they are up to date with the most recent case laws.... if you've already sent other ones not to worry.....

    I'll update again when i've seen emails....

      both have sent you a final response lol - so don't do anything right now, wait and see what happens next

            Update:
            Continous phone calls from numbers that seem to be from HBOS, EGG and MINT-obviously none of them being answered.
            EGG have writen to me that they are loking into this and will answer my complaint shortly.
            No other correspondence from anybody else yet except Halifax notifying me of my due missed payment!

                            Ok so they say they will instruct their solicitors to enforce the agreement? It is up to you now whether to back down or wait til they issue papers - see what happens? You'll still have another chance to agree something before court papers arrive....... its now time for you to decide what to do, they seem to realise they sent a complaint CCA which is a bummer....

                              Ok so they say they will instruct their solicitors to enforce the agreement? It is up to you now whether to back down or wait til they issue papers - see what happens? You'll still have another chance to agree something before court papers arrive....... its now time for you to decide what to do, they seem to realise they sent a complaint CCA which is a bummer....

                              Bad news that!So when you say I will get a chance before the court papers arrive, what are we looking at?
                              This is one account which I don't really mind backing down as they haven't gone up on the interest, I have only not paid for one month now.
