Ermmm, this is nonsense - they have not sent anything that even constitutes compliance of s.78 let alone any actual terms - its a copy of some random page! Send this back: ---> CCA Query - Missing Prescribed Terms

I think they have sold one of the cards to Iqor now, who phone me regularly with no messages!(emailed Niddy a copy of letter)So can I combine both "Threat by Lender/D.C.A - To commence litigation" letter and "telephone calls" or should I do separate letters.

                          Further update on MBNA:
                          MBNA story so far:
CCA'd Aug 2010,£12000: Probably enforceable agreement sent back but blagged as discussed in this forum.
Kept on phoning me since I have stopped payments and blagged them about agreement not enforceable(though it might )
responded with this- telephone harassment template.
Now I have had a stroppy letter threatening court action(Niddy, have emailed copy)
                          Replied with threatogram
Now they have sent me a default notice finally!
