Re: Adler's UE Diary
Hi ,
Bit of an update ,slightly annoying.
Had CCA'd HSBC credit card last year when they came back with a blank application form which was sooo UE.Also have a bank account with them so was careful not to leave any extra amount in that account. Have £500 OD with that account so kept it within that amount so they can never steal any money from there. Now they have got frustrated at my non response to their calls, obviously never referred the account to any DCA so what these w*****s have done is for the last couple of weeks have returned a cheque and a DD (both for £10 approx). Not a concern but extremely annoying. This is without any notice of my OD facilty removal etc.How do I respond, because clearly this is unfair practice. Also want to annoy them further.
Cheers

Re: Adler's UE Diary
Ok, after having to read the whole thread again, I notice that the last action was you sending Try-it-On the threat of legal action; to which they ignored I presume? Can you check online with Royal Mail for delivery and tell me the date it was signed for? It was here, that we last discussed this RBS/Mint account #63
Regards to what to do, I need you to respond to the above before I can confirm. Thanks/I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. So shall I send the same letter to both Try it on and Green Solicitors(who don't seem to exist in their local yellow pages!)

I would, for ease of mind - send a copy of that letter to Greens only and add a cover letter saying that you sent this letter to Try-it-On on XX Date; then say "I suggest you return this account to them, as right now they are in default of my CCA request"
Then sign it digitally (ie not in your normal signature) and send recorded.
Try-it-On needs no response, ignore these muppets.I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.
