            You need to update me with what you're on about

            I'll be back tomorrow morning so update this and i'll sort you a reply if necessary!

                Just leave it for now, see what they do next! I am updating templates overnight and there will be a new one to respond to these so if I forget head to the website tomorrow and then head to resources and find the new UE templates section.....

                      Things have calmed down a bit. Its now following the HBOS pattern, they keep on shuffling agents, so I have had the solicitors say that they have given account back to Iqor etc , then I get another letter from Westcott, so chosen to keep quiet till I get a meaningful letter.Hope that's alright!
                      However there was something I needed advice on - my MBNA account.
                      This I CCA'd Aug'10.Usual flurry of letters, probably enforceable thought Niddy, but we still balgged. They threatened court action( this thread # 40-44).responded with usual replies, they quitened down. Then they finally defaulted in Jan(#87).
                      then they sent the "agreement" again in may, letter reached very late because of Royal mail mess up.Also sent separate generic T& C's. I have emailed them all Niddy to you now.Also very reently got sent a recovery action letter. So please advice what to do.

                            The recovery letter is simply a "what we can do unless you pay" kinda threat....
