i have emailed you my natwest cca i recieved off them. i also recieved with my cca application a photo copy of some sort of pamphlet which they say they sent to me it might have been with credit card when i recieved it can't remember, credit agreement regulated by the consumer credit act 1974 about my rights to cancel and also the rates of interest and equivalent APRs table but there is no date on the letter do you need to see them? account now defaulted and trition have been put on the case but it is still with natwest thanks n-i-d

Basically there are NO prescribed terms attached, there is also no separate agreement for the PPi (in line with s.18 CCA1974) nor is there any link to cancellation rights. Put simply it is a blass-up of an application that holds no legal weight in court!

If for any reason they went to court and did win *gasp in horror* then i'd be saying reclaim all PPi and charges which would knock 50% + off the debt anyways!

Well done, you're well on top of things - even better that you've fended off 3 doorstep visits, the tossers - they really wind me up so they do

Well done you, that's all I can say

Keep us posted on developments, keep your chin up - you'll get there, eventually....

 carol01 UE Diaryhi all
started my ue in march sent cca to halifax
recieved my original agreement back to my horror
n-i-d advised to "blag it" as the prescribed terms and conditions were not 100% linked
have sent debators final response and i am still waiting for reply.Account is now with albion and interest still being added to account.also had a door step visit from resolve call have sent door step threat letter.

sent a cca to argos via moorcroft in march
they don't have my agreement and after 5 seperate threats to start litigation they have now passed the account back to argos .It was then sent to fredrickson international who again have sent a pre litigation letter.i have responded with a copy of the letter from moorcroft stating that argos have not got my cca as far as i am aware this is now forgot about with 5 years and 7 months to go
 :UE ;Na
sent cca to barclay card in may the have replied with current terms and conditions
so i am going to send cca query terms and condition supplied. they have now sent my original cca appliction back its not a good copy and very blurred so i have requested a clearer copy. have had a door step visit from barclay card via power 2 contact again threat of door step visit letter sent :UE as per nids instructions ;Na

sent cca request to natwest they again have sent back the original agreement whole of six pages will email to n-i-d when he has a little bit more time .also have had a door step visit from natwest, again have sent threat of door step visit.have had my letter pre default notice i have 14 days from today to correct the account or it will be defaulted and the will utilise the right to use roso on any accounts held with them.
also have a over draft with natwest which is 1p over the overdraft limit which i hope they will default soon so the interest stops and i can start to make head way in paying some money back.
even if all accounts are enforcable i am hoping once they have defaulted they will stop putting interest on the debts i can then start to pay back all monies owed but the interest is crippling me.
thats all total debt amount 29,500.00 tlook natwest is :UE as per n-i-ds instructions ;Na
