Don't worry about their silly “deadlines”, they don't mean anything. The usual trick is to work it so the letter arrives after the “deadline”, so that people panic. Never panic at silly DCA threat templates. A proper letter before action is a cause for concern, this type of joke isn't.
Is this the one referenced in post #3, where you've been sent an application form?
If it is, there is a special template just for that -
