I have emailed Niddy the cca response from cap 1. I had to send it via my Hotmail account. I hope that is ok.

The other two cc's are not causing any trouble at the moment.

This is UE - there are no terms either so respond as follows...

--> Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | CCA Query - Missing Prescribed Terms

I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

If you spot any spammers, AE's, abusive or libellous posts or anything else that just doesn't feel right then please report them to me as soon as you spot them at: webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk

This is weird....after sending the agreement last week, Aktiv Kapital have now sent another letter saying the account is still on hold as MBNA still can't find the document !

                        Re: TroubleandStrife's UE Diary

As it is approaching the deadline that AK have given, to pay up or else, I need to get something in the post to them tomorrow. So I am going to jump the gun and send off the 'missing prescribed terms' letter.

                          Re: TroubleandStrife's UE Diary

Don't worry about their silly “deadlines”, they don't mean anything. The usual trick is to work it so the letter arrives after the “deadline”, so that people panic. Never panic at silly DCA threat templates. A proper letter before action is a cause for concern, this type of joke isn't.

Is this the one referenced in post #3, where you've been sent an application form?

If it is, there is a special template just for that -

Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | CCA Query - Application Form Received

                          SH

As SH has said above, ignore their deadline and await future correspondence - no need to send anything back if they have since written confirming the account is still on hold....

                            Just sit back and chill
