  • Gusty's UE Diary

This is my first post and I've think I've understood how to do it. I think my story is a familar one looking at the forum. Through a series of events have ended up with a lot on credit and basically robbing Peter to pay Paul.

Have struggled and managed to keep up minimum payments up until now but can't keep it up so after reading this forum have decided to go down the UE route.

Again, probably a familiar story but surprised how unsympathetic the companies are to our plight. With one, I've been with them for almost 25 years but wouldn't help at all.

Anyway on with the next part of listing it all.

      Lloyds
      Type of account: Credit Card
      Date commenced: 1987
      Approx balance: £15,000
      Date last paid: January 2012
      Not paying
Status: In arrears (again credit report says satisfactory)
      Account owner: Lender

      January: Sent off for CCA
      January: Received CCA
This seems to be a reconstituted one, and they have the original credit limit wrong along with the original interest rate.
February: Letter and lots of phone calls
      February: Sent agreement to Niddy

This is currently enforceable (sorry to say). All the terms are there linked into the agreement, it actually looks good as far as MBNA stuff goes.

This is currently enforceable (sorry to say). All the terms are there linked into the agreement, it actually looks pretty good to be fair to HSBC/M&S.
