had a loan back in 2001 that had ppi of £17.00 aprox per month over 48 months,then another in 2003 over 48 months at £165 per month inc ppi both ccas have pre ticked boxes and was told over the phone if i didnt take the ppi the loan app would probs be refused both were with abbey im i too late or is it woth the try thanks andy

thanks billypre read your post on the subject after i posted hopeing it will be enough to clear my overdraft but aint gonna count my chickens yet lol

That's cool, but just to give you a head start, check on Niddy's threads too if you've not done so yet.

And its just a matter of completing the reclaiming questionaire, remember to keep copies in case you need to refer to it again at some point, send to whoever was responsible for selling you the account, such as the Head office, if they have a complaints dept send to them.

Even though the procedures are posted on Niddy's links, you can open the payment protection insurance questionnaire here too.

The usual timescale is that of 8 weeks, but they may write to ask for more time, but should also keep you informed of the progress of your complaint.

both these relate to loans that have been paid off so should i get a cheque or will they nock it off my overdraft with santander

i have also put a claim in for my overdraft charges anyone had any luck with overdraft charges

had a letter back today from santander re overdraft charges to long for me to rite in its entirety but can scan it if needed but basicly says not a chance
included a bba booklet dealing with debt
how to complain
4 pages quoteing differant regulary bodies etc then a test case andrew smith j and the charges were properly charged etc do i just go to the fos now or any ideas were to go now
