Nov Letter from 'Retail Bank Collections'. Copy to Nidd.

They have sent a card saying they will visit on 9th November - just ignore them if they call. They have no rights. They cannot do anything.

However, if we had more time i'd be saying to respond with our do not call at my home arsehole template - so because we know they won't get the letter in time, instead print one of these and hand it through letterbox to the caller - if they do indeed call. or ignore them, choice is yours....
