I keep wondering whether to have a moan about mine.



It did used to be about 16Mb when first set up, but the speed and sync speed seemed to have gradually dropped over time.

what does it say on their site you should be getting? mine is 12.9 - 19 .. but pointed out that I can spit on the exchange so got them to set the line sync up @ their upper limit, which also goes to show that it would handle more but its a limit by sky who needs 21cn \/

so after a complete fucking nightmare with a "simple" sky installation I ended up talking to their technical department and after explaining to them _how_ ADSL works including line noise, line length and attenuation they finally put my sync speed at something sensible ... So it will fluctuate over the next few days .. but ...
