  • Help with Debts

Hi all, I've been reading the forum for a few days now trying to figure out what to do with my debts and found a lot of useful information. Finally joined up so thought I better pop in here and say 'Hello' to everyone. Still getting used to this place but you do seem like a friendly helpful bunch ya

      Hiya

What Crappy1 sent you is unenforceable, as for Fredrickson, respond with this: ---> viewtopic.php?p=1503#p1503

Obviously, before anything else formal wise - you need to sort things and provide some info as per here: ---> viewtopic.php?p=6789#p6789

          Re: Help with Debts

Sorry to be a pain and perhaps I am looking at the wrong thing but the link to the template to send to Fredrickson is pretty much what I sent them, it was them that sent the stuff from Capital 1 (about 5 months after they got it but you will see that from my diary when I post it). So, my question is, what should I send to Fredrickson now? Thanks for all your help.

            Re: Help with Debts

You dont need to do anything Rioja. If what Cap 1 / Freds is missing the prescribed terms and you have already advised them of this, it is up to them to chase it up and sort it out, not you.

You mention on the previous post about the calls - have you sent the stop calling me letter?

                Re: Help with Debts

We need you to do a diary really, as advised in my original response. Without this, its all guess work.

Do not send the "stop calling" template until you've done a diary. Trust me, there's a good reason i never said to send it!!

                  Re: Help with Debts

Hi Niddy, I am working on the diary - just trying to get all the info together. However I have just received a letter from Bryan Carter Solicitors. The gist of it is pay within 14 days or proceedings will be issued without further notice. It says their client is Lowell Financial Ltd but I still have an opportunity to contact Fredrickson with payment proposals. Having just sent the letter you recommended do I leave it at that and see what they come back with? Thanks again.

Okay - back to the diary......

                    Hiya

Ok, get your diary up asap and confirm what template you sent, and to whom. Then we'll sort the latest letter. Too much happening at once here so we need to sit back and take stock.

Please do a diary and i'll advise tmw once you've done it. Remember to confirm what ypu've sent with this account so we know whats next to post.
