Ok, this is the week of the DCA's waking up to looking at the stars requests.

After two months Allied have just sent through one of those nice little flyers the same as my ex had. I have posted to Niddy for his opinion, its identical to ex-wifes and hers was UNENFORCEABLE So hoping same here. Also had a joke of a paperwork from Crabot in respect to Barclays, nothing but a screen shot of terms and conditions so will start thread on that bad boy... They already have a letter asking them to confirm if they have a signed copy..

Now battle commences once I have confirmation from Niddy or Oscar as I believe he is the no 1 MBNA expert...

just a similar to mine 'MBNA Virgin'......... being UE as its an Application form not an agreement (looking @ page 2, something has been pasted on - unless that was your scan?? top of the page where the scissor cut is, as well as pg1 says V02.04 and pg 2 says v.6.04)

As Niddy (All) says, that each person apps/form are never the same in retrospective of their T&C and applications.

I have one of these too, Niddy did say enforceable at first but has since checked again, so its sort of sitting on the fence for now, Nid said not to worry about this one so i havent still waiting for them to default me after nearly 8 months now

No prescribed terms, also look at the codes. On the application part it reads 11-04 yet on terms it reads 02-04. How can terms from 02/04 be on an application from 11/04? the terms would match, as they're claiming the terms were on the back aren't they! Muppets. Also you see the date 06-04 added in the middle part.... its a bad mess-up of copy/paste
