    I can't help wondering whether the *lack of staff training* on s.75 CCA is deliberate by the banks in order to avoid getting involved in their customers' legal fights which will cost them (the banks) time and money to resolve

      I can certainly see them not wanting to make customers aware that they (the bank) could be jointly liable for breach of contract.
