sent your letter saying no CCA received and legal action a waste of time

one this morning saying that they don't uphold my complaint and they don't have to provide anything under English law. (are they joking????)
They won't reply to specific matters, then they go on to say that the insist that the agreement is valid, then the usual threats, They keep saying its compliant cos they've sent it (Which they haven't, only threats)

at no point do they say the agreement is enforceable, just valid

            Hi Niddy

Mr Dopey - Bank of Scotland
            cca sent for July 2010
received letter saying they don't have it in August 2010 and that they would not enforce
passed to Blair Oliver and Scott
various chasing letters but to-day we received a Notice of intended Court Action
formal notice is given that client has instructed to commence court proceedings
(mind you they are still attempting to get a charging order (wrong country for that?)
In times gone past I'd have laid an egg and run about in a fine panic, but I know better now
so what do I do? I have very carefully filed away the original letter saying they don't have the agreement.

Hiya, well done for not freaking out about this. Ok you need to send a couple of things, so it all tallies together.

First, send this with a copy of the letter confirming no agreement can be found: ---> viewtopic.php?p=20195#p20195

Second, send this a few days later, so they recognise that you're clued up and will not be pressured: ---> viewtopic.php?p=2319#p2319

LOL, you and I know this Mrs D, but as they have not picked up the fact you're in Scotland yet - don't go telling them lol, plus being all our templates are quoting English Law, that is probably confusing them even more.....
