  • Re: The Dopey's UE Diary

    well its a cracker!!!

just received a letter from the guys appearing on live at the Apollo, the well known muppets from Lloyds TSB. About my CC which they insist is enforceable although they can't find anything to prove that, they have sent a typed up set of conditions with nothing linked to them and no actual terms, also they have had the absolute cheek to suggest that if I am having financial problems they could help, I just have to pop into any branch and their "financial health specialist" who have been trained to help get an action plan going to get my finances back into shape. Their abject stupidity grows by the day, what bloody planet are they on??????

by the way, thought I would just ignore this shyte as no doubt they'll pass this on to some other pile of dumplings.

no 1 letter from Hillsden Securities in response to my "sold in dispute" telling me I have to apply to oc for a CCA (do they ever actually read a letter????)
no 2 letter nasty threatening letter from direct and legal collections, they are either going to visit or go to court, hope they do visit cos they will get a good bashing with my crutches, just in the mood.
any good ideas for a response to this pile of mince?

Mr D Cap 1 UE and have letter confirming this from Cap !
letter from bryan carter threatening all sorts, despite some on going correspondance with the muppets at fredricksons, will send account sold with a copy of the letter from Cap One to this mob unless once again anyone has any better ideas

Oh Gawd, The pre-school potty training group located in the basement toilets of Moorcroft Towers has been let out on a Sunday School trip again. I am assuming the letter is headed "Pre Litigation Division". " nappy change time children". They will only be acting for BC they won't own it. I think a repeat Niddy's UE Final response might be in order but I would wait for his final instructions.

As regards Scotcall and their associates Resolvecall, one of my "bugger-off or else" specials sent them running for cover particularly the bits of financial redress via the courts against them. Have not heard a word from beneath that particular wet stoine since.

              regards
              Garlok

they also say they have written numerous times (liars!!!)
Do you need to see this or do I send sold while in dispute?
You don't need to send it, it's fine. You can respond with the following (send it recorded): ---> viewtopic.php?p=2319#p2319

                      UPDATE

they had buggered off for a while but now are back wanting me to send them money NOW (aye right!)

so is it an enough is enough or a threat of litigation?

Send this back Mrs D: ---> CCA Query - Missing Prescribed Terms

Been away on business but when I got back there was a letter from AIC sending back my letter saying it had been passed back to RBS.
                      and
A cheeky bugger letter from Moorcroft threatening to hang draw and quarter me if I don't phone and pay them, also threatening litigation, do I send a sold in dispute??

                      sent off missing prescribed terms

letter this morning telling me to apply to RBS for a CCA and it'll cost £1
do these twonks ever read any letter that is sent to them???

can I send them a cheeky letter telling them to READ the letter i sent them??????

                      __________________
another letter from Midas who are part of Moorcroft. I am totally convinced they don't have the simple ability to read. this one is a litigation warning because we have failed to reach a repayment agreement with moorcroft, am minded to send a sold in dispute with copies and dates of previous letters so that they can go and get someone to read them to them

yup sent the letter, just added a paragraph at the beginning, pointing out I had written three times to their so called colleagues at Moorcroft and would they read the letter I was sending them. also added a wee line at end telling them I would only deal in writing and didn't wish to make any appointments to see anyone. Then I went over with a nice pink marker and hightlighted a few salient points, have done this before.
