I wonder how many members of staff are lost in these basements looking for old papers...lost in the dark corridors of files and documents never to return...and probably not even missed such is the incompetence of the banks...

Am waiting for a letter that tells me 'we are looking for the person sent to look for your documents in October 2010..'.
