    Best way to set it out is to copy the following

    • Type of account (credit card/loan)

    • Date commenced (ideally before Apr 2007)

    • Approx balance

    • Date last paid (approximate date you last made a FULL payment)

    • Are you on arrangement or not paying

    • Status (default/in arrears/up-to-date)

    • Account owner (who is writing to you, a DCA or the lender)
    and fill it in for each account so that the info is easily readable. Makes it easier for the experts to see what is likely or unlikely to be UE at a glance.

          The direct Line has the CCJ (unaware) I have another account not on here that i am paying on CCJ independantly

            Ahhh OK.
            Are you up for sending for the agreements to see if they're enforceable or not?

            You can do it for all of them in your list except Direct Line.
