Hello again,
I have been contacted by Moorcroft Debt Recovery about an old Halifax credit card debt, twice by phone today and also by letter which I received yesterday.
MDR are the 3rd Debt Collection Agency to contact me about credit card despite the fact I have sent the previous two DCAs CCA requests which they just pass back to Halifax. The last one I sent a CCA request to was IQoR.
Another thing, Moorecroft keep calling me at work (I know the number so don't answer) despite me repeatedly telling Halifax and the other DCAs that I do not wish to be contacted by phone, especially at work. I have told them on the phone and in writing, quoting the relevant acts.
So my question is, what do I do now? Do I send another CCA request to Moorecroft, or do I complain to Halifax? Is there a template letter for this scenario?
Many thanks,
Lee
