  • MBNA CCA

    MBNA

    1) Type of account: Credit Card
    2) Date commenced: 2003
    3) Approx balance: £12,500
    4) Last Payment: CCCS make regular payments so approx 25th Sep 2010
    5) Are you on arrangement or not paying: DMP with CCCS
    6) Status: Surprisingly, up to date according to creditexpert
    7) Account owner: MBNA

My DMP started in Feb this year (approx £70K ;EEK ) and I make a regular payment of £1000 per month ;Spank .

Clearly any UE debts would help me get debt free quickly. Although slightly worried about what CCCS will do if I challenge any debts. I want to focus on MBNA as its the oldest debt.

    Aug - SAR Requested
    Oct - SAR Received

As you commenced this account in 2009, you need to continue paying it i'm afraid. However make sure you do a reclaim on any charges and PPi that may have been sold. Read here: ---> viewtopic.php?f=42&t=53

Sorry, but due to the start date unenforceability is not an option, plus it is going to be enforceable anyway.
