Hi guys, after some advice about what to do with these loans,

    - 2009 i owe roughly £6500
    -2010 i owe roughly £12800

I stopped all payments of both these back in May as i couldn't keep up with payments, i have written to sainsburys requesting them to accept reduced payments. I then receieved letters from albion and duly wrote back asking for same reduced payments, they basically have all been ignoring my letters and then accuse me of ignoring them! So i received the latest letter from albion telling me that sainsburys were going to take further action. So i have tried writting again directly to sainsburys saying i would like to come to some sort of agreement. However they do not write back, they just phone or text me asking to call them. So how can i resolve this? should i just speak with them on phone? I really dont want court papers rocking up on my doorstep. thanks

Yes i have but have changed the amounts offered each month according to how much work/money i had to pay! lol i have offered 3 different amounts, so far i have had nothing back accept letters telling me the debt will not go away and to pay immediately! I have even wrote to them telling them i will only deal with them in writting.

All their letters are computer generated templates, I wouldn't worry about it. In fact when they actually send proper letters that take into account things you have said, in my view it's time to take notice and act!!!

thats what i thought, but cant beleive they havent come to the table yet as such, seeing as the debts are enforceable and im not even making any payments...through no fault of my own...i was getting worried i would just get court papers turn up

              Hi there,
They are Sainsburys internal debt collection. Good luck and let us know how you get on.

HBOS own BOS (blair oliver scum) and Sainsburys finance is managed and provided by HBOS so they're all the same.

Just remember Sainsburys are not a lender, HBOS is the lender and BOS is a division of HBOS - NOT sainsburys.

That aint gonna happen, HBOS don't issue claims, they sell their toxic debts to DCA's and leave them to do it, usually 1st Credit or the likes will become involved.

Missy, I hadnt paid these bums for 4 months but now came the time to try and sort something out. I have sent off a pro rata payment to all my debtors except mbna ( UE route ), so far BOS have agreed to one out of the two payment plans will see how it goes with the other, but i would except them to agree to it as they have with this one

Hiya Global..... I was passed to B.O and Scott from Sainsbury's too..and they agreed a payment plan for me too...but after 2 years they sold it off to a DCA. I don't know if this is their normal strategy or a one off. What I'm saying is I suppose is that as Agents they might not be a long term solution so expect at some stage to be 'sold off' like a slave to another parasite living on the blood of those who happen to have fallen on hard times... Like you say though, breathing space. well done ..
