To be honest I'd love to reduce the amount I'm paying them.....paid them the normal amount this month - will take a look at the templates and look for one about educing my payments...

Agree with that. Did you CCA Cabot over this or the original creditor? In other words, did Cabot present you with the paperwork? If not, send a fresh CCA request to Cabot by rec. delivery.Leave a comment:

Hi niddy told me when I joined the site in 2011 that it was enforceable.
Defaulted Jan 2008 for 14k and been paying sInce due to size with Cabot since 2009.

It's an enforceable egg card balance 10.5 k.

What is the method of payment being used and what is the date on the letter? If it is paid via DD and they have not given you 10 day working notice then the Direct Debit Guarantee works in your favour and they should not be changing the payment anyway.Originally posted by malamute View PostLeave a comment:

Had a monthly payment in place for ages on an egg card to cabot for £100 a month.
Suddenly had a letter yesterday that the payments are now £125 a month - starting 30th September!
Surely they cant do that without consultation with me.
I've not been in touch with them about anything either - and there have been no missed payments
