I thought i'd start a thread where we can discuss and log our exercise efforts. As was pointed out on the weight loss thread, it's not all about the weight loss and exercise is important.
If people want me to create a log of number of activities per month then we can do that.
It can be a five minute walk with the dog or a ten mile walk up a mountain...a zumba class or a few stretches, it's up to you.
