They all say the common domain phrase 'May', is this not 'October' now - Good luck on any of the issues pixie. Have a good weekend

          2 letters today.

The first is from Resolution Legal Services about my M&S (blagging) account in response to my 'Threat-O-Gram - Letter before Action'. They are going to investigate further and are ceasing all action with immediate effect. They enclose a copy of their internal complaints procedure - from Buchanan, Clark and Wells. Didn't realise Gothia was part of that outfit! Will ignore and see what they come back with.

The second is from Capital One (UE)saying that Fredricksons have had enough of me
Obviously not literally but saying that the dca is no longer managing the account and it has been returned to Capital One. It says (in bold) that it is important that I continue to make payments to my account. Erm, not made a payment for a year! Goes on to say that I can disregard the letter if I have already made a payment to settle the account. I haven't but I'm going to ignore it anyway.

I wonder if I'll hear from Fredricksons again about this as they've already had the account twice

I agree with Fredricksons and firmly believe you should maintain your current level of repayments.

                Fred's dumped me!!

It's Capital One who want me to continue with my repayments - and I'm quite happy to continue with my present level, thank you very much

Another letter from Capital One - very similar to one I received from them last November - except the amount owing has increased by a couple of hundred pounds - along with FOS leaflet (again!) and a leaflet about what to do if they make a mistake (again!) They don't half like wasting paper!

I was going to ignore but I might send CCA Query - Creditor Refusal to Accept UE

It'll give them something to read while they look for the next dca to pass it on to.

Not all stuff appears on your cra files - that could be an account or a ccj.

Check trust online for confirmation; but why bother? It'll cost you £12 and anyway as part of all credit screening, the lender checks trust online - they don't use a cra to check for iva/ccj/br

Another question - would the dcas chasing the enforceable debts access the information on trust online and would it show what my monthly payments are?

Would like to know just how far I can 'push' them
