                Just ignore, you will soon start getting enters from Moorcroft; we have been ignoring them for quite a while with our Tesco account. Just post when you you get letters and you will get more advice.

                      Panicking a little about this debt as it appears to be enforceable and Wescot do appears to be considering legal action.

                        Don't panic yet as they are considering not threatening actions. Due to the date the agreement probably is enforceable, however there may be other faults in their paperwork. If necessary you may have to consider coming to an arrangement to pay this at a sum that suits you and not them.

                          Wescot begging letters ? we can only chase you with letters but cannot do anything else Company. (Known otherwise as Wetcloths). they could pass it back to owners who then start proceedings! but for a small amount? time will tell, know they Lowells wrote off a £700+ alledged debt for some peeps years ago after challenged, .

                          As Cym says prepare just in case as a last resort to do an arrangement ect if necessary,
