I took the loan out in December 2007 started struggling in late 2009 went to consumer credit counseling service. Due to a break up of my marriage i stopped paying in July 2011.

July Sent to Mackenzie hall a sold in dispute letter as suggested by MrsD (thanks MrsD ).
August Received a letter from Mackenzie hall saying that the account had bee passed back to client, the above
letter was also enclosed.
August Received a letter from Barclay's bank saying that they had sold the account to Lowell. There was also a
letter from Lowell enclosed which just said who they are and that they purchased they debt.
