Had a bank loan in Jan 2000 Then got into difficulties Arrangement made for token payment for 6 months
THEN unaware's to me Bank TRANSFERRED LOAN TO MY CURRENT ACCOUNT AND PUT ME IN 9K OVERDRAFT and CHARGED ME FOR THE PLEASURE...

Cabot chasing debt made up of bank charges
Hi guys. Im posting on behalf of my friend again. He asked cabot for a copy of his CCA and got the following back from cabot.
Now this "debt" comes from bank charges. Here is his explanation to me of how the debt came to be -

Evening all, thought id post this away from diary. I had a buisness that went went out of buisness at the beginning of last year. The company itself is still pending being struck off as Yell had objected last July. Anyway there is a 5k overdraft which is now more like 5.7k with Natpest. Around a year... -

Niddy kindly looked at my cahoot flexiloan last year and explained it is enforceable. It is now in default and solcs are demanding payment of the full amount to westcott ( santander agent ) or they may take court action within 7 days. (now gone past)

Annual Statements of Account?
Are all DCas, lenders etc supposed to supply a statement of account every year? A battle I have yet to start has my OH paying £20 pcm to RMA who haven't had any contact with us for about 3 years.
