Hi Niddy, found you again, hope dd is getting, let her know we're thinking about her ;Red

Just to remind you, I'm the one with the mother in law with £14,000 owing to LTSB credit card, she's been a card holder with them since the early 1980's.
Back in January/February i sent off the template letters requesting the CCA, got the usual non enforceable replies and copy of the present terms and conditons etc. More recently we've had LTSB writing under the name of SCM Solicitors and MHA Collectons, both of which were sent the account sold whilst in dispute letter.
Today we have received a letter from Wescot, with a Notice of Debt Collection, it says to pay the full amount of £14,000 or ring them as soon as possible, otherwise further recovery action will be taken.
Do we now send the Account sold whilst in dispute letter to Wescott as well?

    Cheers in advance Niddy

Hi Niddy, hope everyone is well your end.

Just a little update, after sending the last letter to Wescott 12 months ago, we heard nothing until this week........this time the letter is from LTSB requesting payment, they also mention how they haven't charged any interest in the last 12 months.....lol!!

Shall I just wait for them to come back with a bit more menace, or fire a letter back at them

        Cheers

            Will do

Thanks for your advice in the last 18 months Niddy, since first following your plan, the Mother in Law has not paid over £5000 in interest on her credit card, money is still tight, but a lot easier thanks to you.
