this company have a charge on our house which is a credit card with arrow global, we recently had a re-determination on the payment down to £5 MONTH.
Now we received a letter from drysdenfairfax today saying
further to your letters dated 18th May 2013 and 4th June 2013, please be advised that your requests have been sent directly to our client.
We are currently awaiting copies of the relevant paperwork from them and we have chased our client again today.
We will be in contact as soon as we are in receipt of the same.
I am confused by this letter because i haven't sent anything to drysden concerning this account as it is a charge on the house .
I am wondering if drysden have mixed up this account with the overdraft they have taken on also , i know i didn't sent them any letters and now am worried that they are playing games to try and make us default on the judgment which was made in May this year ,because they were not happy for the judge to reduce the payment .
If and i mean IF i did send the letters with the wrong account number on , would this cause us to default in anyway as many of you know the problems we have had concerning this company .
In the meantime i am double checking my records to see if i have made any errors on this , if i did i hope this won't cause problems , shit i am under a lot of stress right now with both parents sick and me having to take care of them, i sincerely hope i haven't cocked up
just checked my file and it is clear that i senth May t a SWID letter to drysden for an overdraft of my husbands on the 18th May 2013 and a letter of complaint to both drysdenfairfax and robinson way 4th June 2013, on the 17th June 2013 robinson way - never received last letter dated 18/5/2013 and can i re-send it.
I am suspecting drysdenfairfax have either cocked up and taken the wrong account out of the filing cabinet and mixed it up with the arrow global account which is the charge on the house , i am very confused now
